Morgan Steward is a creative producer with a passion for unique storytelling and fostering community within the industry.

She made her Broadway debut in 2024 as a co-producer on SUFFS, a new, original musical by Shaina Taub based on the American women's suffrage movement. Currently she is the Associate Producer at Jill Furman Productions. In 2023, Morgan was also selected to be a part of the Broadway League’s third Fellowship class.

In 2022, she co-founded "The Associates of Broadway," a social club for early to mid-career theater professionals to gather and network with their peers.

Prior to working at Jill Furman Productions, Morgan worked for the Emmy-winning NY1 ON STAGE where she pitched and produced her own segments for air and live-produced a portion of On Stage’s live Tony Award Red Carpet Show in 2018. She returned to the Tony Awards the year after, this time as a reporter for Broadway News where she has written both news articles and feature pieces. Morgan’s writing can also be found at Broadway Direct where she created and launched their “5 Questions” series with some of Broadway’s biggest stars.

Morgan is a proud active alumna of Fordham University where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with degrees in Communications and New Media and Digital Design.

While at Fordham, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Observer, Fordham’s award-winning student newspaper. After graduation, Morgan was selected to join the university’s Young Alumni committee where she proudly serves on the philanthropy subcommittee.

Born and raised in Texas, Morgan now resides in Manhattan where she spends all of her free time in the theater district, too much money on coffee and crossfit, and can always be found listening to the “Dirty Dancing” soundtrack.
